What amazing service. Thank you. I thought I’d bought the wrong loo seat and took it back to exchange for another. Even though I didn’t have may card with me, Mr Burnham Plumbing was ready to give me a full cash credit, something no one else would do!! Then he gave me help and showed me the loo seat was the correct one anyway - and he was right, after his help, it fits like a dream. THANK YOU!!!
Needed some fascia and all associated fixings. Called the shop and was given prices over the phone. Went to the shop, items were with us within 5 minutes. The fascia were in 5m lengths so needed to be cut to fit in the van. The staff actually came out and helped hold the fascia whilst it was being cut to size. The whole team couldn't have been more helpful hence 5 star review. Will be using again when needing plastic or plumbing items.
I wont be visiting again. One of the guys at these store spoke in a foreign language to the other guys not to give me a discount. That is poor customer service.
Local (not chain), reasonably priced, helpful.
