The new appointment system is a joke Not only do you have to do it online but it pauses if oversubscribed so you can't book until the next day. Reception are not helpful. How do you expect the elderly to book appointments who unlike me cannot use a computer. I'm struggling to get an appointment even though I can use one! @ the owner of this GP Please change your booking system. I'm not aware of any other GP in Slough and surrounding areas using this online booking system. It's a farce.

I have been trying to get an appointment for two months now but whenever I call even as early as 8am in the morning call ques for an hour and and the end they say there are no more appointments left. The triage websites been down for more then a month too it keeps telling that it will work the next day and I keep checking its always telling to check the next day again. So no online appointments, no appointments even when I stay in call que for more then an hour everyday 8am. And no appointments at other time of the day. What... read more
