Unfortunately over the years I’ve had more negative experiences than positive. Always difficult to get doctors appointments, delays in prescriptions, limited availability. When you actually see a nurse or doctor generally they’re lovely but all the red tape to see anyone means it’s a poor service.
staff is rude and lack of empathy; lack of knowledge on triage; don't even bother checking with doctors for opinion instead take own decisions
