I have tried for three months to get an estimate. Called them many times and was promised one but never received one.
Kent came out to our house on April 30, 2019 to look at our basement and he told us he would get an estimate to us. It is now nearly 6 months later and we have yet to receive our estimate. My husband and I have called 3 or 4 times in the past few months to check on our estimate and each time we have been told “it’s on the top of his stack”, but still nothing.
