One of the ladies in reception was unhelpful, very bad manner, before even closing time she asks me to leave she wants to close. My test result was received by the surgery but she said we don’t have it, but the doctor confirmed they had it already.

Absolutely disgusting, I rang herris road yesterday morning at 9:30am. I got told they have no appointments so they was going to get a doctor from Burngreave to call, I never heard anything. I rung at 12 and at half 3 and was told both times a doctor was going to ring me, fast forward to the next day and I’ve still heard nothing. The woman on the phone from Burngreave also put me on hold for about 5 minutes then came back to the phone and said “yes doctor said she will ring you soon” which I feel like this was a complete lie... read more

I like this GP. Appointments are given almost immediately, quickly. You don't have to wait long. And it's also very convenient to use the online service.
