One of my coolers wasn't working right and my regular service provider couldn't make it out right away. Burney's was recommended to me and so I called them. They came for a $232 service fee. I told the gentlemen that it had stopped working after we had cleaned out from under it. He told me the compressor was bad and wanted to charge me $2,800 to replace it. Nothing like sending your equipment only for them to drop it on the ground off their forklift! But then still load it and send it on its way. Then come back to pick up a sheeter and they can’t even manage to help the 80 year old woman tie it down. Look for some other company else is my review..

Called to ask if they service Elkay hydration stations. Even though they said they did not and were not sure if anyone in town does, they told me they would help me google the make and model and walk me through it. I got it fixed just by following their instructions!

Best place on earth to get your restaurant equipment repaired. Everything from refrigeration, cooking equipment, HVAC, exhaust hoods, dish machines, mixers, etc... they do it all! Bring it to the shop or have a technician come to you! FYI: I may be a little biased as I am a technician at Burney’s. But seriously, if you have any issues with restaurant equipment, give us a call. We have multiple technicians out in the field everyday, if you have an issue, we can get it fixed for you!
