Had Dr. Burney for many years. Took care of all my health needs.
I was Dr. Burney's patient for three - four years. It was only due to moving to Sebring, Florida from Melbourne that I had to go to another urologist. He was always through in his care and his explanation of things going on with me. I recommend him highly. I miss him as my urologist.
Never , seems to busy to explain or discuss a patient’s concerns.. seems not interested in discussion of alternative treatment other than surgery. Should not be practicing!
Always takes time to listen.. Excellent doctor
I've been a patient of Dr. Burney's for about 3 years. I have reoccurring kidney stones. I've had experiences with Dr. Burney in both his offices and while I was hospitalized at Cape Canaveral Hospital with a stubborn kidney stone that required surgery. On all occasions, Dr Burney was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. His staff is also friendly and in the past month I have called his nurse twice and she has returned my calls promptly. Highly recommend.
I am a current patient that is most likely going to have to go to an ER in another facility to get help. His staff is the worst I have ever dealt with and they really don't care about the patients. Do not go to him, I recommend that you find another urologist.
Do not go to this doctor. I had no choice because he was referred by the ER. I have been to the ER several times in the last 2 months, had 3 cat scans and 2 x-rays, they say I have kidney stones. I went to Burney and he says I have them....he did surgery and the results were that there was nothing there. He didn't believe I was still in pain.....he washed his hands of it and said to go to the ER or my primary. I went back to the ER and there is a 5mm stone in my ureter tube. He is incompetent!
Worst experience with a doctor. I was referred here and just went with it because he was the first Urologist that could see me, despite the other bad reviews. Do not do it. He had no interest in helping me at all, and I feel like my months of pain and other symptoms were essentially written off. Everything about my time with him was a bad experience. Do not give up if you visit Dr. Burney and have a horrible experience with no care or answers given, wonderful urologists exist and can help you!!!
