Update in response to Burnett’s & Struth’s reply: I appreciate that the company took the time to respond—however, I find the response disappointing and indicative of the same lack of accountability that prompted my initial review. Burnett’s & Struth claimed the color discrepancy was likely due to "screen resolution and lighting." That’s simply not the issue here. Terrific service and selection in a friendly atmosphere (even let our dog join us!!). Incredible access to suppliers an expert tailoring. I had my kilt made there 20 years ago - beautiful - and now I need a bit more room in the middle (ha!) they are able to make adjustments. All kinds of Scottish fare - grab an Irn Bru for the road!! Highly recommend!!
Remarkable store prices and staff!
I recently went to this store for the purpose of purchasing a dress shirt and renting a jacket and vest. Over the time, I was assisted by Anne, Lisa, and Avalon. The shining star was Avalon as she went over the top to provide an excellent measure of customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending Burnett's & Struth for your Scottish needs!
