Best kilt makers in the western hemisphere. They have made several kilts for me over the years and are always friendly and helpful. Don't settle for anything less than a kilt made by them as it'll last several lifetimes as long as it's cared for.

I rented a suit for my older brother's wedding, and the two women who worked there were very kind and helpful, and the price was quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of a kilt and it's accoutrement!
