I called with an issue on 8/3/19. On 8/5/19 Dave finally called me. He looked at my system and took my aerator to be looked at. No one has called me with an update. I have called once a week for an update. “Tim is backed up” is what I keep hearing. Since I have a warranty on the aerator, you would think that I would be taken care of. Due to peak season and personal changes, we have been a little backed up. We have taken care of the aerator issue. It normally takes us 2-3 weeks to even look at the aerator motor. After we looked at it we discovered it was due to owner error. The motor was flooded out, but we still went ahead and warrantied it. With the phone issue, it was a company cell phone, and we are working with Verizon to take care of the issue. Very pleased with Burnett's Septic Service. Gary was very professional, and did a very thorough job cleaning our septic tank. We will be using them from now on.
