Tommy is awesome! We reached out to him and he came out the next morning to help us with a leak and a few other minor issues. He has also helped my clients replace their water heater and install a new one. The water heater they initially bought themselves didn't fit, so he went to the store same day to buy them a new one and dropped the old one off at my house as a courtesy so I could sell it for them since they couldn't return it.
