Enjoyed a relaxing time in the nursery cafe listening to a lovely guitarist/singer.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt the last time, when I waited 15 minutes while they fumbled around trying to price a pot that I wanted to buy, i gave up in the end and went elsewhere. This time they didn't even bother to get out of a chair to serve their customers, i stood there for about 8 minutes while I was totally ignored by a staff member eating her lunch, no; 'oh hi there, I'm just on break, but I will get you some help' nothing - totally ignored.
