I have had a storage unit with the company for quite some time. The inital process was with a lovely woman who made the process easy. After that, dropping off the payments was simply seamless. Recently, I had issues on my lock and the company was right on it; same day if I am not mistaken. The property is secured with cameras that makes me feel safe. They will continue to get my business as long as I am utilizing their unit.
There is some crotchety old lady that answers the phone and demands to know who you are. Excuse me I'm a paying customer or would have been a paying customer if it wasn't for you hateful self answering the phone. This is a good example of how NOT TO RUN A BUSINESS SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND IF SHE OWNS IT SHUT DOWN THEN!!!!!! And that was the second time I've tried to find out information from them if you ask more then one question be prepared to be grilled by her its ridiculous.
