Please don't move here. They threaten Suing us when we missed paying for 30 fee for park which is dirty and I worry my daughter picking up cigarettes here. They're very mean here and threaten to take your house. Please move any where else it's bad. :(
People BLARING music in their house and cars what seems like 24/7. There are so many people with insanely loud exhaust in their cars/trucks that drive all hours of the night. Can't seem to find a way to even try to file a complaint here. Home Owners Association? Sure.. We received a notice because our pile of tree limbs from a dead tree we cut down was slightly larger than they liked, but we can't sleep at night from all the noise in this neighborhood.
