Extremely friendly service!!
I purchased a bouquet Jan 20. The girl was ok at first. I wanted to choose my own flowers. I wanted tulips which were in the cooler still in there separated packages like you buy in the grocery store. When she wrapped the assorted flowers she didn’t take the tulips out of the package. She just put the other flowers on top then wrapped in paper. I am someone who appreciates nice wrapping. This felt cheap. No effort to lay them arranging them together nicely. I have used Burnetts for many years. They produce incredible arrangements that have very much pleased my recipients. Any issue with the arrangement is dealt with quickly and with professionalism. No one else I would trust with my flower requests.

We called to have them make an arrangement so we could pick it up on our way through the city. The arrangement was complete and beautiful. This was such a wonderful experience. The cost was perfect for the arrangement we had asked for.
