My husband received a letter from this attorney asking for payment due to running a red light however we live in GA but ticket is in Florida. Got this in the mail and it says I got a red light ticket back on 11/04/2021. If it was a real ticket it would have came much sooner. Anyway this is a scam. I also call the Orange County clerk and they don’t have any tickets under my name. Do your due diligence people.
Thieves trying to hide behind a bunch of call screeners. Paid my ticket and still 3 months later getting harrassed!
Received a threatening letter from them for a traffic ticket that was dismissed in 2017. demanding I send them $373 or they would have my license suspended. Reporting their illegal conduct to the Florida Bar. Apparently, they send out letters hoping that someone is gullible enough to pay. Is there a lower form of person than one who preys upon the weak and fearful of our communities?
