If I could give no stars I would. Had their techs come out to open my pool for the summer. Did everything except hook up the electrical to the pump. Told my wife to "let it run for 24hrs" and then they left. When I went to check a couple days later cause I didn't see the water flowing is when I noticed the electrical was never hooked up. They claimed there was exposed wiring. The only wires that could be seen were coming out of the electrical box into the conduit. Amanda was very kind and knowledgeable. I have never owned a home with a pool before and she was patient, thorough, and went the distance to make me feel less anxious and more confident.
Expensive beyond industry standards. Unhelpful staff. Whoever the hiring manager is is doing a terrible job
