I hired this guy to replace my pool liner, liner came in and he installed. The liner leaked for 7 months. After many of his attempts to fix it and many no shows I finally told him to replace it again which he did and it leaked again and they put a shoe hole side dent in pool wall. I could not deal with going another 7 months of pool leaking and thousands in water bills I hired another company to fix it that cost me another $1,300 and it was leaking around the steps due to bad install. I had very good experience with this gentleman, he showed up on time fix my problem quickly given me a great advice and change me less than an original quote. I was definitely use his services again.

One star is one star too many. The company required half down up front. After paying, the serviceman removed the pool cover, spread the cover on the grass and left. That was two weeks ago and they no longer answer my calls.

One star is too many. Just call another company. I called Burnett’s when my normal pool company was booked 6 weeks out. The man who answered the phone seemed professional enough and told me to call a week out from when I wanted to open my pool. When I called back to book an appointment, I was told that they would call me back for time and date. The call never came. I called again days later and was told they could come out that day.
