DO NOT USE THIS GUY!! Below is how he handles business. We’ve reached out to him several times and Burnett has NOT responded to me or Fayette county in an effort to resolve issues to complete job.
Reggie and the team did a great job with my pool. When I bought my home the pool was falling apart. When we initially put the new liner in the pool was losing water. Reggie got a leak test, found out it was the steps, and replaced the entire liner again and covered the steps which made the pool look even better. He’s thorough so it took a little time but we’re grateful for such a great looking pool!
Very unprofessional! I inquired about a pool inspection for a client and he advised I would have to remove the pool cover myself! I’m a woman that knows nothing about removing a cover! I explained that neither myself nor my client knows how to remove the cover, he then stated it would an additional $250. I stated oh well never mind because I knew my client was on a budget and could not remove the cover alone! We hired this company for monthly pool cleaning. Here’s what happened: During a routine service, the pool cleaner said our Polaris cleaner had a broken part. He advised we pay $185 to fix it instead of over $1,000 for a replacement. We trusted his expertise and paid. The part was installed, but the cleaner worked for only a few minutes before stopping completely. When we called, he promised to return the next day — but never showed up. After cleaning the pool it still has debris. Additionally, they tool my polaris to repair but it still did not function after they claimed it was repaired. We asked for a refund and they rudely refused
