Burnett Plumbing plumbed our new home last year and did a great job. We have had a few minor issues with plumbing appliances through this year as expected with a new install and they have been very responsive and fixed the items promptly. We were impressed when the softener they installed went on the fritz and the plumber came first thing the next morning and was able to replace an internal part immediately fixing the issue. We have been trying to get answers on the work that was done , left multiple messages with the office and can't even get a courtesy simple phone call. Not very happy the level of service .

Burnett Plumbing helped me troubleshoot my well pump issue and was able to come out the next day with an upgraded replacement. Luke responded quickly by phone and email. Craig did great work and Debbie was efficient with updates and billing. I will use them again for any plumbing issues I may have at my cabin.
