I booked repairs for my VW air intake manifold and controller, but Shane disagreed even when showed the fault code. My opinion was ignored because his code reader didn't pick it up, which later he admitted he didn't have the firmware/license for my vehicle. I took the issue to another mechanic, and they listened.
