I used James two years ago for a case against a contractor who ran out on me. One of the worst decisions of my lifetime. Beyond rude. Was condescending, yelled at my wife, told he she was not capable of understanding. This guy should not be practicing law. He can’t remember what was said after explaining dozens of time. Every time he needs $250 he just schedules a meeting with you to go over your case and then you end up repeating what you have already told him dozens of times.
I use burnett a few years back in my opinion, the quality of service I received was extremely poor. And his attitude came off as very arrogant and cocky. But of course that wasn't the way he came off prior to me hiring him. On my final court date he went on vacation or something,and gave the case over to his partner, and his partner had no idea what was going on with my case put me in a very bad position.
