Went there this morning just on a chance. Had a tire that needed to have a hole repaired. I walked in, asked and the man said yes with no hesitation or song and dance. I had never been there before and asked how much it would cost. He said, "It won't cost you anything." They had a nice waiting room and places to sit outside if you wanted to smoke. I have read several of the reviews for Burnett Family Tires in Mabank and agree with them. Norman and Donovan take care of my wife and me for all of our 3 cars. They are friendly and professional and quick to provide exceptional service at a reasonable price. This is a place to go for all kinds of work not just tires. They treat you like their name says, “FAMILY“.
Burnett tire is the only automotive shop that I’ll allow to work on my vehicles and the ONLY place I’ll buy tires from. Jayden is an absolute saint. He goes above and beyond for me every single time I’ve been in there. I give them a 100/10 all day everyday. Best in the business. Can’t say enough good about them.
