Previous owner - Jeff Burnett - did a total mechanical restoration of my MG Midget. Great service, and great follow up support whenever I called with a question. Then just a couple of days ago I called with a question and asked for Jeff. The response? "We fired him." I explained that he'd worked on my MG, and that I had some questions. I have a car for sale on fb marketplace. David J reaches out to me to let me know he can do an inspection and repairs if needed. I replied, saying it wasnt needed. He then gets upset and starts insulting me. Very childish and disrespectful. I would never use his services even if I did need something.
Original owner no longer there. Poorly managed now. $8000 spent, and they did not fix the car, and said it was not their fault. Apparently the technician that worked on my MG is no longer there, he worked there apparently only a few months and did not know old British cars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
Caution! Shop labor rate is $250/hr that’s $500,000 a year. The guy turn down my project because he only has one mechanic who is busy. At $500,000 yr would be easy enough to hire another mechanic. Stay away..
