They put defective parrts in my car so I had to return like five times spending gas, time and exposinng my dauther to danger on road. Pretty bad shop I won’t come back any more.
They got my car in quick and had it done same day. But when I decided I didn’t want them to replace a couple parts, I got faced with backlash and judgement. Spending $94 to get my car look at and then disrespected. I will not be coming back
They are absolutely amazing. Even though there is another shop on the other side of town, they are the only one I go to. I suggest them to everyone! You are heard, understood and they teach you as well. Everyone is just wonderful. I have a BMW and I have limited options; I have lived here twice and I won't see anyone else. The prices are on point.
I’ve been using Burnett for over a year now at both locations in Manhattan and am always so pleased with the service and prices!
