Great customer service. Front desk personnel were ready for my arrival and service was complete within 10 minutes of time I was told service would be completed. This was my first time and I was so impressed especially since they had so many cars in the bay and new customers showing up in droves.
Decent shop and very friendly service. My car issue was difficult to describe but they were able to diagnose. I wish they would have been more proactive rather than me having to call repeatedly to check on status. However, they were always very patient with me when I called. They also seem to be extremely busy. I appreciate their service and so far car is running as expected!
Always excellent service. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Jordan, John, Nicole and Chad are great. Have been taking our cars there for almost a decade. Highly recommended.
I got a screw in my tire and it was losing air quickly so I pulled into Burnett Automotive and they got to my car immediately and fixed my tire. Great group of people there at Burnett! I will definately have any car maintenance done there from now on!
Always courteous, easy to make an appointment and draw do not hard sell you on things you don’t need. Trustworthy!
