today I had my car serviced at Burnett Automotive on 112th in Overland Park oil change and battery change. When I got my car back, the air conditioner was not working, which was not an issue prior to the service. What disappointed me even more was that when I brought my car back to get the AC looked at the store manager stated “ for all I know the AC was probably not working when you first brought the car to us” he goes on to say if you don’t remove the google review you just posted we will not fix your Ac.
