Update: do not buy one these. Now leaks at windows!!!! Edited: Poor customer service and building quality. I had been contacting them about the roof and someone was supposed to came and “fixed”, but never has looked to be fixed. Walls have leaked at the seams. Have another building from another company for over 10 years and no problems and great quality. This building has been nothing but problem in the year of owning it. Saw a nice repo posted on marketplace from a sales guy in Farmington, I got there it’s not there and turns out it’s not even the same brand building. They are visibly different brands. The breakers don’t match, not the same insulation and no mini splits like he says. Very odd encounter, his name was something Vaughn on Facebook, I’ve since been blocked after noticing this.

Needed a full size chicken coop so I went to searching on Facebook marketplace. Found an ad and they reached out almost immediately. Justin called me right up and told me he was in office so I came down for a visit. Process was quick and simple. Faster than your average drive thru experience. Once down payment was complete Justin got me set up for SAME DAY DELIVERY!! That’s right. Within 2 hours from making the phone call these guys were AT MY HOUSE with a brand new coop. Make sure and read the whole contract that the salesmen won't tell you about. They just hand you an electronic device to sign and don't tell you about all the ins and outs. Their delivery drivers, new husband, wife, and son team are horrible. They don't communicate and get mad when you tell them you've had 11 inches of rain so it won't go on the ground where the husband gave you the thumbs up when you send a Pic to him of it.
