Lisa, I want to thank Tania, Jane and Pam for outstanding service and for going above and beyond to get a difficult file closed on a Friday afternoon. This file was scheduled to close at 1pm, on Friday, July 18, but the lender decided to change things up and to do a remote closing with a remote notary instead and without notice to anyone until the morning of closing.
