I had a CCTV and alarm system installed. They are professional provide an excellent installation service and customer service follow -up. The installers were patient and took the time so that I truly understand how to use my system. The pricing was very competitive and the monthly monitoring fee is reasonable.
We have used Burnes-Citadel security for years. They are always attentive to our needs and assist whenever there is a question with regards to our system. Their technicians are always responsive and professional. The last technician that came to our home and assisted us was named TOM and he was absolutely phenomenal and fixed an issue that has been occurring for a few days. We will ask for Tom again in the future! This is a very reliable company that we highly recommend. Great job TOM!
Different perspective - I’m an insurance agent who reached out for proof of alarm monitoring for a mutual client of ours. We were having trouble receiving the email from Burnes-citadel but Sandra Simpson sat on the phone with me for 15 minutes trying to figure out how to get this over to us for our mutual client. She was so patient and kind on the phone. 10/10 customer service. As an insurance agent, I’m not typically met with kindness or priority when I make these requests, so she was the exception.
