Service above and beyond Lee in the service department assisted us in silencing an outdated alarm system. He very patiently walked us through troubleshooting and encouraged us to call back if we were unsuccessful. The issue was resolved just as he had instructed. All of this service was provided without being a current customer or service fee. Should we need an alarm company in the future Burnes-Citadel will certainly be our choice

I had a CCTV and alarm system installed. They are professional provide an excellent installation service and customer service follow -up. The installers were patient and took the time so that I truly understand how to use my system. The pricing was very competitive and the monthly monitoring fee is reasonable.

We have used Burnes-Citadel security for years. They are always attentive to our needs and assist whenever there is a question with regards to our system. Their technicians are always responsive and professional. The last technician that came to our home and assisted us was named TOM and he was absolutely phenomenal and fixed an issue that has been occurring for a few days. We will ask for Tom again in the future! This is a very reliable company that we highly recommend. Great job TOM!
