Kelly is so awesome to work with! If you need someone to “get s**t done” she is the one you are looking for. Kelly has amazing connections, recommendations, and a great team surrounding her. We are so grateful for the entire BCDE team and their involvement in our wedding day.
Burner Custom was absolutely awesome for my daughter’s wedding. Could not have done it without them. GREAT coordination and wonderful decor! Our bartender (not with Burner) cancelled on us 6 days before the wedding and Burner had a replacement for us 30 minutes later. Staff set up our tables and chairs the day before the wedding. A bee hive caused us to need to move to a different area of the venue, Burner staff came BACK out and moved everything for us. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Overall our experience with Burner was just ok for our backyard wedding. They are very competitive price wise and even gave a military discount which we appreciated but where price is good, customer service may lack, and it definitely did here especially in communication in the last weeks (it took multiple emails and phones to get final quotes, contracts amended, etc).
