I recently was terminated because I did commit a safety violation. And they have a zero tolerance policy( depending on who you are) for lock out tag out. OTHERS HAVE COMMITTED THE SAME OFFENSE as I have, they received three days off without pay and were allowed to return to work. One would think that after giving 25 years to a company they would be a little more lenient, treat everyone the same, enforce the policies the same for everyone.
