absolutely insane experience when calling to inquire about TB skin test. receptionist is incredibly rude, first time she hung up on me without even letting me finish my first sentence. Second time she did not even take the time to answer my question. Came for seasonal vaccines. Super nice front staff. Nurse was amazing. Private room for kids. Kid barely felt it, in and out in minutes. Thank you!! (So much better than some open room clinics where nurses vaccinate kids like cattle and force them down)
I suffer from neck pain, for the past 6 years, due to condition caused by Olanzapine and possibly Invega, Trinsa and/or Quetiapine. These were prescribed by the doctor to whom I was assigned. I am a healthy person misdiagnosed with OCD and other mental illnesses. I am neglected by health care specialists, police and people in general. First time visit this place today for some vaccines, both the front desk guy and the nurse are very patient and friendly to a hard of hearing person. It is a very smooth visit with the help of google transcriptions. Thanks. Update for the second visit, thanks again to the nurse initially took care of me (sorry I didn't catch her name) and to Hau today, great help for me to understand different vaccines.
