My mother has osteoarthritis in her knees and was fitted for a custom knee brace with Charles. He took the time to educate us throughout the fitting process and explain how the brace works. He was patient, professional, and kind the entire time. He carefully assessed my mother and made sure she understood how to properly put on and use the brace. My mom is very happy with both the service and her knee brace. We highly recommend Charles for his knowledge and excellent care.

I first met Charles when he traveled to my home community in northern BC to work with myself and other patients who don’t have regular access to his expertise. From the beginning Charles was friendly, professional and thorough. He was great at answering my questions in an easy to understand way.
