I keep going back to Burnaby Kawasaki for pretty much everything bike related. The service is always great, prices are fair, and they actually take the time to help instead of rushing you through. Sebastian helped me with my most recent helmet and was awesome. He spent the time to make sure the fit was right and answered all my questions. Manny has been my go to for parts and service and is always easy to deal with and super helpful. Just a solid dealership with good people. Highly recommend.
Came all the way from Victoria to grab a suit from them after seeing their sweet deals on marketplace ads, and ended up leaving with a brand new A Stars suit and chest and back protector, and some Dainese boots. For my first real in-person gear shopping experience, it could not have been better. Seb was the team member who helped me get outfitted and it was amazing to to learn from his knowledge and personal anecdotes while assisting me on what exact peices I should consider based on my riding style and budget constraints.
The people at BK are simply awesome! While there recently I punctured my rear car tire on an object near the back alley. Before I even realized what had happened the amazing folks at BK spotted the problem and immediately set out to fix it with efficiency and grace. I am so grateful for your caring and kindness. Shout out to all who helped at BK. You guys are the BEST!
Painful experience. Stopped in to look at a ZX10R — apparently sitting on bikes or asking about trade-ins is frowned upon. The sales rep seemed more interested in correcting my pronunciation of “Öhlins” than in actually selling a motorcycle. The atmosphere was less “performance showroom” and more “ICBC waiting room.” I bought elsewhere. I don’t normally leave reviews but I needed a whole new clutch installed on my KLX300 and these guys were great. I had a bad experience at another dealer which almost left me stranded (never going back to them) so I had the bike towed to Burnaby Kawasaki instead. Part was ordered and installed super quick, and this was during peak summer season so that was a bonus. All business will now be done through them
