My mom is 94 years and has dementia and she is staying temporarily with us. I was referred to this office hoping to get a case manager that would help her to find a place for her to stay. It is extremely difficult to speak to anyone, as they don't answer their phones and there is no answering machine. I am extremely frustrated and I don't know who should I ask for some help.
