I called Evon couple of days ago. Asking help and information where Its cheaper to buy it from their store or on Amazon as I shared that the same hitch brand (Curt) is available online for 304cad. I asked how much if I bought it from there and if it’s cheaper or should I proceed with online and just seek the installation fee. She gave me the quote of 96cad tax included for installation and the amount with the installation plus parts. The entire team from the reception to the technicians are super customer service oriented. Louie even spent 15 mins with me explaining how my new fifth wheel hitch works as it's my first fifth wheel.
