The installation was okay, they missed a few things like leaving the bottom wide open. The front staff were excellent about communicating any potential issues ahead of time. The pricing was also the best in town. One piece of constructive feedback: when customers call about installing a tow hitch, it may help to mention that adding the wire harness during the initial installation is usually more cost-effective. It could create an additional sales opportunity while also giving customers an option they may not have considered.
I got a hitch installed today. My email quote request was replied to in a timely manner. Someone actually answered my call without making me hold for 5+ minutes. My concerns about pricing were immediately addressed over the phone, and my appointment was booked right then. Two days later, they remembered that I preferred an earlier slot and reached out to offer a new opening. Quick installation, a decent waiting area, and good coffee. I can't imagine how you could offer better service for a hitch installation. Thanks!
I had the best experience!! Talk about under promise and over deliver. WOW! These folks are amazing. I was not an ideal client. I was extremely late for my appointment. I added 2.5 hours of work to my original booking. Yes I was that nightmare client. Somehow they accommodated me. No wonder everyone says they are the best. They communicate and are extremely professional. Well trained front counter staff and quality work.
Great place and service. They finished earlier than expected. Friendly staff too.
