Expect to wait the entire day especially if your appointment is in the afternoon. It's rough especially if you're getting your eyes dilated. With that said Dr Ho Yuen has been genuine, kind and considerate every time I've seen him. He's worked past his hours and even on holidays to get people with emergency situations seen. Including people fresh out of the hospital who need care that day. I would put no stars if I could. I’m currently standing here waiting for my mother who should’ve had her appointment 2+ hours ago because of poor scheduling. How is a surgeon doing 15 minute follow ups and making people wait 2+ hours?! Absolutely disgusting. Obviously, someone needs to overhaul the booking schedule and do things properly. Surgical follow ups should be minimum 30 minutes. It would also be nice if the receptionist was warm and welcoming and apologetic. Run your clinic better.

Good doctor. I was referred by the ER for my eye problem. As people have stated there is a wait time. Some have said 4+ hour wait time. Mine was more around 1-1.5hr. But from the reviews I've read he is busy. But a nice and thorough doctor.
