Strange policy! I was told there will be a text confirmation closer to the date. The confirmation call came very far in advance, and unexpected during work hours. I asked for the text confirmation because I'm in a middle of a business meeting. Never got the text confirmation. No show fee policy is rigid, the amount is the same as the appointment. The rating is for the policy only. Staff is moderately polite and I haven't got the actual checkup.
I came with what I thought it was a wart, but Dr. Ladha sent me for an ultrasound and we found out I had a little piece of wood in the sole of the foot. So he was able to remove it and the pain was gone. Very professional. I would definitely recommend his services
I booked an appointment over the phone and was told a confirmation email would be sent in advance. I didn’t receive anything until just a few minutes before the scheduled time — far too late to reasonably attend. On the day of the appointment, I even tried calling around 11:45 a.m. to confirm, but it was extremely difficult to reach anyone and I was only redirected to voicemail. I completely agree with the person who posted 2 Months ago. I had a similar review myself a couple of years ago. The office if not the Dr. Tried hard to nullify my post. We do not need those long reply from the Dr's office who try to argue the experience or the review. It is incredible that the office, if not the Dr. tries to nullify my review. From the first telephone call, to the in person visits, to Dr Ladha's impeccable execution of the Silver Bunionectomy, to the follow up calls from the team and everything in between, this has been a 5* experience.
