Dr. O'Brien and his staff were excellent is managing my care for a root canal and crown right before the holidays. Dr. O'Brien throughly and thoughtfully explained the procedure. It's nice knowing that when its a matter of your health that you have someone like Dr. O'Brien who is passionate about the work they do.

My husband has been a longtime patient at Burnaby Family Dental and I joined him when my dentist retired. Dr. O'Brien and his team are extremely professesional and any workplan is fully explained beforehand. Dr. O'Brien is very personable and has an exceptional chairside manner. From the greeting when I first enter to the well wishes when I leave I'm always made to feel that I matter. Just need to add that Dr. O'Brien has given me a smile that I've waited for most of my life and that in itself deserves 5 stars. MJ
