I saw Dr. Choi for a cracked tooth extraction and implant for a crown, as well as for my wisdom teeth extraction. Both times, he was on time, if not early, very kind and professional, and very efficient and quick! Highly recommend!! It's very clear that Dr. Choi is extremely experienced and very skilled and comfortable doing what he does! In addition, the administrative staff are super welcoming and kind. They always remembered me. The dental assistants were also very professional and skilled and kind!
Misgendered me over a period of months and said they couldn't fix it. Was advised I would need 4-5 root canals and sedation was advised. NO ROOT CANALS were done, but still had to pay full charge (uninsured) for sedation. All fillings that were done had rough/jagged edges, even after 2 adjustments (One of the fillings fell out during the second adjustment). When confronted with the disparity in recommended, and actual treatment, clinic advised that doctor wasn't there anymore so they couldn't say why. Had to pay thousands of... read more
