Tried to get a copy of my own report released to me. I needed this information to take to a specialist. I was told that a release form would have to be signed and it would take up to 30 days to get this completed. Even though I was standing there in person, I was told that approval had to be given by a supervisor then a release form signed before any information on myself would be released to me.
