Wonderful gym atmosphere but so much more than that. The owners care about your health physically and mentally. They have become family and I would absolutely not trade the for the world! Thankful for a small town feel while making sure we all keep our goals high!
Buffy is my personal trainer and is great! She knows her stuff and knows when to challenge and push. I’ve seen great results.
Matts Everyday Movement class on Mondays at 5 pm are top notch! For anyone looking for a movement class that helps with spine, hips and knees, this is your class! Instructor is incredibly knowledgeable, the class literally flys by! Your back, knees and spine truly feel amazing afterwards. I wish I found his classes 20 years ago!!
A place where people can come together for support and love, private workouts or trained classes. Tanning beds that always work and are great value. Light chats and laughs! Great shakes and teas. Phenomenal staff that is always friendly & helpful. I love starting my morning here with a tea and great friends.
