My mom came in from dialysis with burns to her forearm, wrists and upper thighs, they were already blistering!! She has been sitting in pain, and blisters tripling in size since 3 p.m. it's now 8:30! She's elderly A DIABETIC AND A DIALYSIS PATIENT. you would think.... I'm HIGHLY disappointed in the Urgency...
