Dr. Chen and Holly at the burn clinic have been absolutely fantastic to our family. We have received great support during our time here.
I would stay away from this office. They are not upfront about their charges. I was informed that I would only need to pay co-pay. At no point I was told that NP I would see works for another independent doctor and that I would be responsible for "facility fee". I was basically asked to pay two different charges for minor burn. They should be upfront that you'll need to pay two different entities and as a result separate insurance deductible could apply.
Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful.
I was treated wrongly today by some security guard named John Smith, unprofessional, rude, I could just imagine how he treats others coming to this hospital. Thumbs down Cooperman Hospital for having someone like him working here.
