Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful.
I was treated wrongly today by some security guard named John Smith, unprofessional, rude, I could just imagine how he treats others coming to this hospital. Thumbs down Cooperman Hospital for having someone like him working here.

AMAZING BURN TEAM!!! My name is manpreet Kaur. I got a third-degree burn in May 2022(it was a bad burn that covered a lot of my body). I got transferred from the local hospital to the Cooperman burn center. I can't forget that pain, and I still remember the relief I got as soon as I was in a tent room from the ambulance. Got ignored for many hours at the ER while in excruciating horrible pain, I'd ring the call bell and even call for a nurse since I wanted to use the bathroom while was hooked up to an IV and needed the nurse to unhook the IV so I can use the bathroom.
