Burn smoke shop is best shop in Linn county. Best high quality glass unlike other with cheap China glass. Staff and owner Bev Gold always willing to help ya out and will go extra mile to help you find what you need. Appreciate BURN SMOKE SHOP.
This is my go to shop! Once you walk in that door you're family. They treat you so kind and once you start talking to them you'll loose track of time! Highly recommended this shop to all my family and friend's.
First time coming into this shop with my boyfriend who was highly impressed with his experience. From the moment I walked in, the guy behind the counter was very unfriendly, I almost felt very unwelcome there. And when we asked a question on an opinion regarding a piece of glass, his response was "it is what it is" and continued to be extremely rude. Absolutely no customer service skills, and therefore I will not be returning to your store...I'll be spreading the word to go elsewhere.
