I finally found a place where exercising and working out feels good again! The coaches are top-notch always have great energy and the vibe here is like no other place I’ve exercised before! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get back in shape and enjoy it at the same time!

I’ve been coming to Burn Paramus for four months now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Great group workouts, the instructors stay with you every step of the way and even offer modified versions for beginners! Great for all levels! The instructors Demetrius, Klaudia & Chris are amazing!
