Great group workouts, the instructors stay with you every step of the way and even offer modified versions for beginners! Great for all levels! The instructors Demetrius, Klaudia & Chris are amazing!

Burn Paramus is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The workouts are a perfect mix of HIIT and strength, with so much variety that they never feel repetitive. You leave every session feeling stronger and like you actually got something out of it. The trainers are motivating and really pay attention to form. The community is what makes it stand out. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and pushes each other to keep showing up. Great workouts, great people, great energy every time.
Ive Been coming to Burn for about 3 years now! Coach D, Coach Klaudia, as well as coach Chris are amazing! High energy, always switching up the workouts, they truly care and focus on your goals and watch you becoming stronger. I love coming here and won't stop! ❤️ #DreamCatcher
I recently started at Burn Paramus and I love the instructors and the workout classes I’ve joined. They make sure that you have good form, educate you, and are very encouraging. They are very knowledgeable about fitness! You can tell they care about their clients. I went to one class and joined as member immediately. The space is clean, modern, and well maintained.
