The classes are very well designed by all-star coach Laura. You can be very fit and still find Laura’s classes very challenging. The class instructors are very effective and provide modifications to members who need to ramp up to a higher level of fitness. I highly recommend this place if you’re serious about fitness and bone health. As I heard at Burn It Build It Fitness: There’s fit and there’s “coach Laura fit”
Just show up and crush it The workouts are planned, the trainers break everything down step by step, and the vibe in the gym makes you want to go harder every time!
Been going for 1 month staff is excellent go above & beyond for you. And i feel great after each session.
I found Burn It Build It while I was on a quest to figure out my fitness niche after losing a lot of weight, becoming a fitness instructor, and falling out of love with fitness, ultimately gaining the weight back.
