I appreciated Andrew’s speediness and ability to fit me in on short notice. Many people in town we’re booked our through January. Contacted him on a Wednesday, we’d hoped to have the work done Thursday but he had some truck issues come up so after a bit of back and forth, he was able to get us in on Sunday afternoon. We appreciated that he was willing to get us up and running on a weekend and in the pouring rain even. Our fireplace and wood stove both look better than they ever have and are up and running strong.

I gave Andrew a shot and cut him a lot of slack. I’ve had a hole in my wall for 4 months and he used my 5 grand to cover child support. He has paid 1000 back which almost covers the legal fees we’ve accumulated. I then see reviews elsewhere that during this time he is still taking jobs and owing others money. What an irresponsible human being.

I have a wood fireplace stove that was installed by a different company, my husband noticed a leak in the fireplace due to all the rain and freaked out! He called these guys the next day and they squeezed us in that same day and got the problem fixed in no time. Both men were extremely friendly. The owner of the company, Andrew was very knowledgeable. They cleaned up the fireplace and it looks just like new! I can't even see the glass, that's how clean it is!! Super affordable. Andrew was great to work with! He was professional, great communication and the results exceeded my expectations! I will most definitely be calling this company again for any fireplace, heating or cooling issues and maintenance.
