Great gym. Don't be fooled by the small space -- it has everything you need to train for strength and mobility. Dumbbells, kettlebells, 2 powerlifting platforms, battle ropes, isolation machines, those boxes you jump on, medicine balls, resistance bands, a jump rope, spin bikes, mats, foam rollers, a cable machine. Gym owner, Panchito, is incredibly friendly. There are cameras in the gym to ensure you're in a safe space. You use the app to unlock the door to get in. This gym is so great!! I really love the classes and the instructors, they are knowledgeable and very upbeat! Great workouts, great boxing.

I’ve been going here for 6 months so far. There’s a variety of classes and coaches, such as spin, circuit, powerlifting, boxing, HIIT, etc. morning and evening. Everyone here is so kind. If someone new shows up, they are given a warm welcome immediately. Of course if you’d rather you can come in and do your workout on your own, in your own time too. Very clean. New equipment and great owner. Very friendly and fun atmosphere.
