We offer state of the art spinning bikes taught by experienced certified instructors. So much fun! I was in town visiting my relatives and we decided to make a morning of it and try out this local spot! Really wonderful inclusive space, music was great and it's so refreshing to see a locally black-owned cycle studio!!
Always a vibe! A great place for community in the community. All the teachers are great and the staff is always kind! And the workout is REAL
Excellent cycling spot. Clean and organized facilities. Great instructors with great music. They really motivate you, especially if you're new or not a frequent rider. Good schedules as well, very accommodating!

I absolutely love coming to this class. My instructor Tiana is so sweet and encouraging! We have so much fun while pushing past our limits. I would highly recommend supporting this small business.
