I'm very curious about why they only offer beef ribs on Thursdays. Is there a beef shortage or something!!? I notice in Tulsa certain businesses seem to slack off from servicing the customer 1st. What I mean by that is this: the line wraps around the restaurant and they generally run out of ribs every Thursday. So why not serve them more often. 🤔 Its like they are saying to the customers, take it or leave it! Damn good brisket smoke ring , bark and nice and moist , sausage was great along with their sides damn near close to how we do in Texas 👌🏾

This is THE place (to eat). They have the food and they know how to smoke/prep/season/baste/serve all of it. Yummy and worth the drive! Be aware, you might stand in line for a bit. Good thing is they may get you same samples...
