Horrible franchised gym if you have an issue. I joined the **************, ** West location in November of 2022. I suffered a back injury in early January and started on a 12 week chiropractor treatment to fix a misaligned disc and pinched nerve.Under VA State Law, I requested a refund for the remainder of my prepaid 6month membership. I provided a letter from my doctor of Chiropractor and was told it needed to be a medical doctor. I had my NP provide a letter and was told "it didn't give an end date". Worst company every! Yes theres ONE personal trainer for a clas of ***** people with completely different body types doing the same work outs. I ended up with 3 herniated discs on my lumbar spine, so I was unable to do a lot of the work outs they do. I spoke with a burn boot camp rep, sent her *************** medical paper work, and was told that my account would be suspended indefinitely, because of the medical papers I provided.
